The Capacity-building Initiative for Transparency – Global Support Programme (CBIT-GSP), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Partnership on Transparency in the Paris Agreement (PATPA), and the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Research Center of Korea (GIR) are pleased to inform about Asia regional workshop on the Tracking progress of the mitigation commitments of the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) will take place from the  11-13 September 2023 (Monday - Wednesday). We are very grateful to announce that the Government of Republic of Korea will host this workshop in the capital city Seoul, Republic of Korea.  

Objective

This in-person training workshop is designed to provide support to country expert responsible for reporting NDC mitigation commitments under the Paris Agreement. The workshop aims to enhance their technical understanding of the goals, principles, and actions related to the reporting process for NDC mitigation commitments under the Paris Agreement.
