The Global Transparency Forum has been established as a part of the Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency-Global Support Programme (CBIT-GSP), as a means to bring together developing countries, donor countries, and transparency support providers to take stock of the implementation progress of the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) in countries and discuss gaps, challenges, and approaches on how to overcome them. The aim of the Forum is to provide a yearly global event where participants can share good practices and reflect on lessons learned through a mix of plenary and breakout sessions.
