National Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory reports

Do the tables need to be annexed to the text report, or is it sufficient to submit them through the ETF reporting tools?

Is it mandatory for countries to use the ETF reporting tools, or can we work with the CTF and CRT Excel files provided by the project?

After calculating GHG Inventory using IPCC Software, is there a way to download the CRT tables in Excel format instead of JSON, so we can revise them before submission?

My country does not have time series data available for the entire required time series (1990 to present -2), can I apply flexibility and submit CRT tables for only those years that I do have?

Can you give an example of Reference Approach where the excluded carbon for LPG gas (non-energy use of carbon), is more than the apparent usage of LPG (energy use)? I have this occurring in my country and the emissions calculated are negative, based on equation 6.1.

Can FX be applied here if the activity is not estimated?

The amount of fuel consumed for different types of vehicles is not estimated in the country. We assume that this issue exists in other countries as well. Please clarify, how can we best reflect this information in the CRT and NIR to minimize the receipt of comments during the International Expert Review process? Should we use the “NE” notation key? How can we best explain this from the perspective of the reviewer?
