If the cause of not estimation of these products is because there is not production of specific HFC-134 or there is no Production of Aluminium in the country, it is more appropriate to put “NO” for these specific cases. If the cause of not estimation of these products is because there is no data to estimate, it is Ok to use FX according to flexibility provision indicated in paragraph 48 of the MPGs.
