The Work Plan for 2024 for the Middle East and North Africa Network is based on:

  1. Key findings and priorities determined in the Capacity Needs Assessment for transparency.
  2. Bilateral online meetings with country representatives ((UNFCCC and CBIT-GSP Focal Points).
  3. Online meetings with international transparency partners (still ongoing).
  4. Desk-top study (NCs, BURs, NDCs, NAP, CBIT).
  • The Work Plan is a live document with the possibility to merge the events with other networks and synchronize with activities of other partners.
  • All dates for the events are tentative and dependent on the resources
  • The Work Plan envisages only those activities which are planned for 2024
  • Additional activities might be added based on ad-hoc requests from countries
