I have various sectors and indicators in my NDC, what advice is there for selecting the most relevant for tracking progress and implementation? Is there a penalty for under-tracking from the review process?

You should have indicators for all the targets included in your NDC. There is no "penalty" if you do not track all of your targets, but it will appear as one of the findings in the review process
