Short description:  The project aims to strengthen the national capacity of the Republic of Tajikistan to comply with the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) for climate change mitigation and adaptation actions, as well as the support received by sectors covered by Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC). GEF-7 entrusted the preparation and implementation of the project to FAO, the Agency for Hydrometeorology (Hydromet) as an implementing partner, and the Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency (CBIT) as a resource partner.
