This is the first in the series of 3-CGE-webinars on transitioning from the revised 1996 to 2006 IPCC guidelines for national GHG inventories. This will be for the Asia-Pacific region, with an aim to further improve the understanding of the related concepts and key differences. The webinar also aims at providing an interactive platform to exchange knowledge, discuss the technical matters and learn from experiences at the regional level. The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session.
