The Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from non-Annex I Parties will hold a 45 minute webinar, in which the speakers will: introduce the 2018 CGE  webinar series provide an overview of the MRV process for developing country explain institutional arrangements that are needed for MRV systems process for gender mainstreaming when preparing national reports   This will be followed by a Q&A session with the speakers.
