This project is supporting the Government of Liberia to prepare the First Biennial Update Report (BTR1) and the Third National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The project is part of the UNEP Umbrella Programme for Preparation of National Communications (NCs) and Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
