This is a top-up to the ongoing BUR project to support the Government of Nepal to prepare its First Biennial Update Report (BTR) to the UNFCCC. This top up will allow the government of Nepal to complete the First Biennial Update Report and First Biennial Transparency Report concurrently. The project is under the UNEP Umbrella Programme for the Preparation of National Communications (NCs) and Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
