The webinar focused on exploring the elements of chapter III of the Modalities Procedures and Guidelines (MPGs), of the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF), which provides guidelines on the information necessary for tracking the progress made in implementing the achieving the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). The webinar focused on the section C which covers different types of indicators that can be selected to track an NDC, and section D, with information regarding tracking the implementation of policies and measures (P&Ms). Participants had a chance to understand what information they need to compile to report the progress made in implementing their first NDCs, which should form section two of the 1st Biennial Transparency Report (BTR), as well as requirements for the consecutive BTRs.
