The Rapid Assessment of Transparency Capacities in Eurasia provides a comprehensive evaluation of national transparency systems, focusing on their ability to meet reporting obligations under the UNFCCC and the Paris Agreement. Conducted in November and December 2024, the assessment evaluates the status and capacities of the eight countries in the Eurasia Regional Transparency Network: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Türkiye.
