This project is supporting the Government of Cook Islands to prepare the Third National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. This project is under the Global Umbrella programme, implemented through UNEP, to support countries prepare national communications to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
