This project is supporting the Government of Sierra Leone to prepare her Third National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. This project is under the Global Umbrella initiative, implemented through UNEP to support countries prepare their Third national communications to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
