This project is supporting the Government of Solomon Islands to prepare the Second National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. This project is under the Global Umbrella initiative, implemented through UNDP and UNEP, to support countries prepare second national communications to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
