The onjective of the project is to assist El Salvador in the preparation and submission of its First Biennial Transparency Report and a combined Fourth National Communication (4NC + 1BTR), and a Second Biennial Transparency Report (2BTR) for the fulfillment of the obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement (PA).
