This project is supporting the Government of South Sudan to prepare the First Biennial Update report to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. This project is under the Global Umbrella programme, implemented through UNEP, to support countries prepare first biennial update reports to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
