This project is supporting the Government of Democratic Republic Congo  to prepare the First Biennial Update Report (BTR1) and the Fifth National Communication to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). This project is part of the UNEP Umbrella Programme for Preparation of National Communications (NCs) and Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
