The objective of the project is to assist the Government of Serbia in the preparation and submission of its First Biennial Transparency Report and a combined Fourth National Communication and Second Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1 – NC4/BTR2) for the fulfillment of the obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement (PA).
