The objective of the project is to assist the Government of Paraguay in the preparation and submission of its First Biennial Transparency Report and a combined Fifth National Communication Report and Second Biennial Transparency Report (1BTR – 5NC/2BTR) for the fulfillment of the obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement (PA).
