The objective of this project is to assist Colombia in the preparation and submission of its First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1) and a combined Second Biennial Transparency (BTR2) and Fourth National Communication Report (4NC), for the fulfillment of its obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement (PA).
