The immediate objective of the project is to assist the Republic of Türkiye (hereafter Türkiye) in the preparation and submission of First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1) and the Joint Ninth National Communication and Second Biennial Transparency Report (NC9/BTR2) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
