To assist Botswana in the preparation and submission of the Fourth National Communication and the First Transparency Report (4NC/1BTR) as a combined report and tge Second Biennial Transparency Report (2BTR) for the fulfilment of the obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement (PA).
