This project will assist the Government of Sri Lanka to prepare and submit its First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1), the Second Biennial Transparency Report and Fourth National Communication (BTR2/NC4) to fulfil the obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
