This project will assist the Government of Cuba in the preparation and submission of its First Biennial Transparency Report (1BTR), and a combined Fourth National Communication and a Second Biennial Transparency Report (2BTR&4NC) for the fulfillment of the obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Paris Agreement (PA).
