The project’s over-all objective is to maintain and enhance the national capacities gained from the previous enabling activity project on climate change pursuant to Decision 2/CP4, paragraph 1 (d) of the Framework Convention on Climate Change to enable non-Annex 1 country Parties to comply with their commitment(s) under the Convention. The project focus on technolofy transfer and development and capacity building for research and systematic observation.
