Does the flexibility provision allow to submit CRTs only for 4 years (1990, 2020, 2021, 2022)?

Answer: regarding flexibility indicated in paragraph 57 it is correct to report only the years 1990 (reference year chosen for the current NDC) and time series 2020 onwards: 2020, 2021, 2022. Regarding flexibility indicated in paragraph 58, in this case it will be applied if the country decides to submit in 2025, but if the country submits in 2024, it is not necessary to apply this flexibility provision.
